We promise a satisfying moving experience
•  You will be pleased with the way we have prepared your apartment home for you.
•  You will be provided with a Welcome Package that introduces you to our apartment community and the
   surrounding neighborhood.
•  If you are not happy with your new home, for any reason, we agree to cancel the lease during the first
   30 days with just a minimal fee and a signed agreement.*

We promise you a comfortable living experience
•  Our team of professionals will treat you fairly, honestly and with respect.
•  We will respond to your routine service requests within 24 hours or the next business day.
•  You may transfer to another available apartment in our community at any time with a new 12 month
   lease and a signed agreement.*

We take the worry out of your leasing experience
•  If you lose your job, we will waive 50% of your rent for up to three months, OR you may terminate your
   lease with 60 days notice.*
•  If your current employer transfers you out of town, you may terminate your lease.*
•  If you are 62 years or older and need to move for financial or medical reasons, you may terminate your
   lease with a 30 day notice.*
•  If you purchase a house you may terminate your lease with a 60 day notice.*
•  You may terminate your lease for any reason with a 60 day notice if we are able to re-rent the apartment.*
•  If your personal situation changes during your lease and you need more or less space, you may transfer
   to any of our five apartment communities, boasting twenty one different floorplans, in Williamsville, East
   Amherst, Clarence or Orchard Park.*
